Managing Director
Stanley Sieh has over 20 years of experience in private equity , direct investment and financial valuation . He was previously a managing director and head of investment at Development Principles Group ( DPG ) , a private equity fund manager of which the first fund was ranked No. 1 ( based on net IRR of over 105% ) by Preqin among all 2005 vintage private equity funds in the whole Asia Pacific region . Prior to joining DPG , he worked for international bank , US oil major company, Chinese conglomerate , and a number of renowned international and local appraisal firms in Hong Kong.
Mr. Sieh has in - depth knowledge in financial analysis , deal structuring , due diligence , deal execution , portfolio management and appraisal of financial assets.
Mr. Sieh holds a BSc (Hons) degree and a full - time MBA degree . He is a CPA as well as CFA , and he owns a LLB degree in China Laws from Peking University . He is also a member of the Hong Kong Trustees' Association.
