Tina joined DPHK since its establishment and she has been heading the operations and administration department of DPHK for over 10 years. Tina is well - versed in all operation aspects of private equity fund , from fund set up to fund liquidation . Furthermore , Tina is highly familiar with corporate structuring , cross - border M & A transactions and operation of various trading businesses . Before DPHK , she worked for a major oil logistics company in Asia that listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange to assist the senior executives in diverse investment projects.
Tina graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai , China with a degree in Economics and Management . She has further complemented her qualifications with an MBA from The University of Iowa.
